BIO

Born 1981 and speeding through life using the tools of poetry, storytelling and photography to distil how I am bound to the human race and explore the essence of being.

Themes of mythology, cosmology, identity and transformation run through my practice, linking the written and the visual. 

Based in Christchurch, New Zealand, I spend my time creating an interlinked body of work with these underlying themes bound by repetition. Repetition of the quotidian. Repetition of Nature’s wonder. Repetition of humankind’s ineducability as we head toward an abyss, the same abyss from whence we came.
