I have always observed from the outside, just tried to go about my work without too much consideration for what I am trying to say or what other people are saying about my work.
I’ve tried not to have any social or political commentary in my work but the more I look at the photos I take it is hard to ignore the repeating themes.
There are overarching themes that continue to surface in all my work, no matter what medium and even though I may try to suppress some of the social commentary, it still comes out in the work.
This is a concept where I am looking at pairing my urbanscapes with my poetry, potentially for exhibition or publication in book form.
